Booking for the trips is done by emailing us at info@atlanticrail.co.za or call us. Please mention the date of the trip you would like to to go on, how many adults will be in your party as well as how many children and their respective ages. Children younger than three will not be charged for, but we still need to know about them for seat allocation.
Seating on the train is allocated, and obviously limited, so booking early will be beneficial to you. If you would like to sit with other parties that have also booked on the same trip as yourselves, let us know in time so that we can adjust the seating plan to assist you.
Your booking is provisional until payment is received. We do try and keep the spaces open for you, but we have had people booking without paying, and then on the day they decide that they rather not go on the trip. This means that they deprived others who would have loved to go on the trip from going. As a result, if payment is not received within five days, your place will be given to someone else, unless you make special arrangements with our office.
Ticket collection opens one hour prior to departure on the day of the trip. Bring this reference number along you you for this purpose. If you need any further information, call our office 021 556 1012 during Office Hours (Mon to Fri - 09h00 to 14h00).
